Thanksgiving and Apple Pie!

Just took this out of the oven a couple hours ago, and we're headed off to Lisa's Mom and Dad's for dinner as soon as I finish this post. It's rustic, but I think it'll taste all right.

Hope everyone has a safe and Happy Thanksgiving!

Cheers,
Dave

If you tasted it, you'd think differently! Mighty fine pie!

I've always been suspicious of "perfect" looking baked goods of any type. My bet is that it tasted fantastic. My question: how many hours of saddle time does that pie equate to?
